We work in four easy steps:
You can contact us by telephone or complete our online application form.
We get an approximate valuation for your property then we will contact you to discuss what your needs are and explain how we can best help you achieve a quick property sale. We will then make you an offer and this is valid for 28 days and there is absolutely no obligation for you to proceed. The value of our offer is usually based on 75% - 90% of the true open market value of the property.
We will arrange a meeting with you to view the property and discuss the best way forward. The whole sale process will be explained step by step to you.
Once you have decided to proceed, we will manage each stage of the purchase for you and keep you in touch every part of the way.
